Return Policy

We really hope you'll be happy with your order, but if you're not you're welcome to return the items, within 14 working days, for a full refund or exchange. All items must be unused and in their original packaging (with tags still on clothing).

Make sure that you seal and protect each package well and that you have included the details of the order and the reason for returning it. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for the return of a product and we recommend that you keep evidence of postage as we will not take responsibility if items are lost in the post or damaged on return.

If your goods are damaged or incorrect, contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving them and we will do our best to replace them. The goods should be returned, together with any original packaging, within 7 days of you receiving them.

Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, or we are at fault.
