Created by Angharad Tomos - a prominent Welsh activist and leading member of Cymdeithas yr Iaith - Rwdlan has helped generations of children to learn, read, and fall in love with the Welsh language.
In the books, Rwdlan is a young witch whose best friend is the wonderfully chaotic Dewin Dwl. Together they’ve become a cornerstone of early-years Welsh reading, shaping childhoods across Wales for decades.
This design gives a cheeky nod to that spirit of creativity - because if anyone’s going to brighten up the walls of Tan Domen with graffiti, it’s her.
